Discover Pupukemoana is a fun-filled, free family event by Takapuna North Community Trust and Pupuke Birdsong Project to raise awareness of the ecological beauty and threats to Lake Pupuke.
Together, we will discover the unique ecological taonga of Pupukemoana through experience. There will be guided snorkeling and kayaking tours, workshops such as Raranga (weaving), and talks on relevant lake issues such as water quality, fresh water gold clam and bird rescue. This event is fun for the whole family.
